This will be a second location for Virgilio's Pizzeria Napoletana, voted the best pizza in Colorado.  And I can say after living on the east coast and have tried authentic pizza from, New York, Boston and New Jersey and yes the famous Mystic pizza in Connecticut, Virgilio's pizza is some of the best tasting pizza I have ever had the pleasure of eating.  The crust is thin and light.  I hear the secret is using very little yeast and letting the dough rest for a full day to give it's delightful full flavor!  The cheeses and olive oil uses are rich and full of flavor.  If that were not enough this location will have a wine bar with a huge assortment of wines for every palate and budget!
