Time blocking has become more and more important with my increased business growth.  After failing at time blocking and getting frustrated with the process, I have since rediscovered time blocking....but with a twist.

The key to success with time blocking is not blocking anything during parts of my day!

By leaving blocks of time empty I have more time to handle the unexpected curve balls we all get.  I also am able to finish more tasks because I have this build in buffer.
