Littleton CO is getting a big boost in new home construction with a $4.4 billion dollar project on a 3,400 acre proposed community. 

The project is estimated to create almost 9,000 permanent jobs and 1,000 development related jobs per year over two decades.  The economic impact is expected to be more than $425 million dollars annually.

The development is embracing conservation and consumption of natural resources by preserving 37% percent of open space, parks, recreation and wildlife corridors.  30 miles of hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, for the residents to enjoy and cherish.  The preserved space at Sterling Ranch will connect to Roxborough State Park Littleton, Chatfield State Park Littleton, Pike National Forest.

Included in the Sterling Ranch Littleton development will be a 100 acre youth Sports Village, 12 outdoor multi use fields and field house.

Sterling Ranch community also has plans for new schools which is great for the local kids.  Sterling Ranch will also partner with national level sports venues, Colorado State University, 4-H and are corporation to create magnet schools focused on specific areas of study and national recognition.
