5280 Surveyed recent home-buyers and other industry experts to find real estate agents in the Denver area who scored highest in overall satisfaction.
With 90% of home-buyers relying on real estate agents for advice and guidance it's important to find someone who knows the market, represents your interests and operates with an emphasis on integrity and service.
The Selection Process
5280 magazine formed a partnership with Crescendo Business Services to find out which real estate agents have the most consistently wowed clients.
Crescendo surveyed, all Denver area residents who purchased a home worth more than $100,000 within an 18-month period (March 2008-September 2009) and 10,000 subscribers of 5280 magazine. An additional 870 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies who are often best able to judge a real estate agent's technical skills and knowledge.
An Elite Award
The resulting list of FIVE STAR Real Estate Agents is an elite group, representing less than 7% of licensed agent in the Denver area. Out of 13,700 Denver area residents holding a real estate license only 927 of the top-scoring real estate agents made this year's list.
