Denver Real Estate in the 1940s. This Historical Map has a lot of very interesting information relating to Denver Real Estate. It was compiled from official records and resurveys from the office of the City Engineer.

Some of the information includes Ownership Names with Parcel Dimensions, Names of Subdivisions, Parks, Lakes, Cemeteries, Golf Courses, Sections, Townships and Ranges, as well as Rivers, Streams and Ditches. And much more information.

Click on this map for a larger view of Marsh's Real Estate Map of Denver. I estimate they published this map in the late 1940s. The late Ed Shaw, one of the principals of Colorado Engineering & Surveying, worked closely with the publisher on the production of this map. This amazingly detailed wall map now hangs in our office and measures 5 and half feet by 7 feet.
